NEW YORK—Sen. Elizabeth Warren on Friday said she supported ending the filibuster in the U.S. Senate should Democrats win back the White House, arguing that Republicans have reaped the most benefit from both parties’ efforts in recent years to change the chamber’s procedural rules.
