, the go-to artist for everyone from Rihanna to Adele. Just below her right ear, Gomez got the word “rare” below her right ear to honor her new album and the meaning behind it.
"That name was so important to me, the moment I heard it I said that's the name of my album," she explained in a conversation withthis week. "That to me is such a special word and if there's anything I could do for women and even men it would be to tell them that, that they are valued and that they're rare and that they're important; that's what it means to me.
