With the move, he joins a growing list of celebrities who have announced their choices to leave the platform.However, some are staying on the site to fight back.
Under Musk's ownership, Twitter recently announced it is dropping its pandemic-era COVID-19 misinformation policy. The policy involved suppressing tweets and accounts that shared"potentially harmful and misleading information."
