The goal, before an announced crowd of 21,355 at BMO Field, snapped a 231-minute drought for Columbus. Coming off a 2-0 weekend win over visiting Austin FC, Toronto had won four of six league outings since losing 4-0 to Columbus on July 6 at Lower.com Field.
