SeaWorld CEO Antorcha resigns after seven months on the job

said late Monday that Chief Executive Gustavo Antorcha has resigned, citing "a difference of approach." Chief Financial Officer Marc Swanson will serve as interim CEO, with Elizabeth Castro Gulacsy, the chief accounting officer, appointed interim CFO while keeping her accounting responsibilities. The changes are effective immediately, SeaWorld said. Antorcha, a former Carnival Cruise Lines executive, joined the company in February after a year-long search for a new leader.
