Lynne Ramsay, the director of 'Ratcatcher,' 'We Need to Talk About Kevin' and 'You Were Never Really Here,' will be honored with the Honorary Heart of Sarajevo Award at this year's festival. The award will be presented to Ramsay on Aug. 16 at a gala event, followed by the screening of her 2017 film 'You Were Never Really Here,' which won best screenplay honors for Ramsay and the best actor prize for Joaquin Phoenix at Cannes.
