Mike Nelson is the Denver7 Chief Meteorologist who has been forecasting weather in Colorado for over 25 of those years.
A cold front slipped into northern Colorado Friday morning and brought cooler air with afternoon high temperatures about 10 degrees cooler than Thursday.
A few scattered snow showers are possible in Colorado's higher elevations, but it will remain dry across the metro and plains. Clouds will be increasing Sunday afternoon, with a chance of showers late in the day and overnight. This will be part of our next storm that will bring more rain and snow showers Monday and early Tuesday.
