Luckin Coffee’s tech chief resigns after just seven months on the job, as the company, which touts itself as a rival to Starbucks in China, grapples with a faked-revenue scandal
Luckin Coffee Inc.’s chief technology officer has resigned, people familiar with the matter said, another blow to a chain embroiled in a major faked-revenue scandal.
He Gang left Luckin on Thursday, according to the people, roughly seven months after joining the company, which touted itself as a rival to Starbucks Corp. in China. His departure follows a recent resignation by a board member.
