Scalpers are selling tickets to BLACKPINK's Taiwan concert for as high as $13,000

But after the tickets were sold out immediately, scalpers began putting tickets on sale for as high as 400,000 NTD .
With scalper ticket prices skyrocketing, the Taiwanese Ministry of Culture has announced it will be taking measures against these scalpers and will punish them.
