Victim was between 12 and 13 at time of offences; man will be sentenced in December
A Sault Ste. Marie man will be sentenced in December after admitting he filmed his young stepdaughter in the bathroom of their home.
He also was convicted of voyeurism for surreptitiously observing or making recordings in circumstances where there is an expectation of privacy.A publication ban prohibits reporting information that identifies the victim.
