Police appeal to public for help finding SUV linked to fatal drive-by shooting on I-10
Police are seeking information about this black SUV, which was seen traveling toward Interstate 10 on Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard at South Flores Street — behind a white Hummer limousine — at 7:39 p.m. on Dec. 17, 2022.
Moments later, Rayne Elaine Rice was killed in a drive-by shooting while riding in a vehicle with her husband on I-10.San Antonio police are seeking the public’s help to identify the person who was driving a black SUV captured on security camera footage moments before a fatal shooting on Interstate 10.
