Santa Claus took his Kubota side-by-side through Whitney Pier on Saturday with two helpers to deliver treats to people along Victoria Road. About 60 people were waiting for Santa at his final stop at MacLeod's fuels. For 41 years, Santa has been making the journey through Whitney Pier with his helping elf Paul Whelan .
