In New Hampshire, the airwaves are free of anti-Bernie Sanders spots in the days before the first-in-the-nation-primary, and he's watching the moderates shank each other
PLYMOUTH, New Hampshire — Bernie Sanders was battered in Iowa with more than $800,000 in TV attack ads that labeled him a socialist and argued he couldn’t beat President Trump.
Sanders, who is campaigning at 10 stops across the state this weekend, has been boasting about those establishment jitters on the trail. He is polling second in Nevada, closely behind Biden, and the state is home to many Latino voters who have supported Sanders. According to anby UCLA's Latino Policy & Politics Institute, Sanders won 52 percent of the votes at high-density Latino caucus sites in Iowa; Biden was a distant second behind him with 15 percent.
Pete Buttigieg has also been attracting large crowds in New Hampshire, and boasting big volunteer numbers. | Win McNamee/Getty Images
