SAN JOSE — Prosecutors have filed a murder charge against a man suspected of killing his father and injuring his mother in aKevin Jones, 37, has been arrested on suspicion of fatally stabbing his father at a home in the Alviso area of San Jose on March 13, 2022.
Kevin Jones was also charged with the attempted kidnapping of a child at a relative’s nearby home minutes before the stabbing occurred, according to San Jose police and a criminal complaint filed by the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office.
