SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs are teaming up with Estate Coffee Co., a small business on the East Side, on a specialty coffee blend.
The “Por Vida” roast features coffee beans from the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in the mountains of the Sierra Madre de Chiapas in Mexico. “This offering blends ethical and responsible farming in Mexico with a local roasting process that uniquely connects our communities,” Estate founder Brian LaBarbera said Tuesday.
