In a multi-count indictment, Bonocini is charged with one count of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit a felony by force, and three counts of sexual assault.He is accused of breaking into an apartment around 4 a.m. April 25 in the 2500 block of Overlook Parkway and raping a 68-year-old woman in far North Bexar County, according to an affidavit supporting his arrest.
The woman said she told him “don’t kill me,” and then ordered her in broken Spanish to the bedroom where he allegedly sexually assaulted her, the affidavit stated.Bonocini’s mother told deputies that her son admitted he had entered through a window and “violated” their neighbor, according to the affidavit.
