SALMON COVE, N.L. — The Town of Salmon Cove, N.L., is upgrading its water and sewer system using roughly $300,000 in joint government funding.
Through the Municipal Capital Works program, the town will build sewer connections for homes in the Pine Grove Avenue area and complete upgrades to the existing water system.Upgrades will also be made to the Ruben Penney Lane water line, and a new sewer line and fire hydrants will be installed.“The funding that the Town of Salmon Cove has received will be a great benefit to our residents,” said Salmon Cove Mayor Edna Lambert.
