The regional governor of Belgorod says initial reports suggest an ammunition depot is on fire

after predicting that Russia intends to not only seize the territory ofBritain’s foreign secretary, Liz Truss, is expected to call on allies ofincluding of planes and tanks in a speech set to be delivered on Wednesday.
