-founded All Def Digital, a youth-focused digital entertainment brand, is now in the midst of a major restructuring. reported All Def was soon to shutter, citing anonymous sources. But All Def Digital president and CEO, reached over email, claims the company is not shutting down: "We're reorganizing in advance of a strategic deal," he wrote, declining to provide further details.
Simmons, who also co-founded Def Jam Recordings, launched All Def Digital in 2013. It has since expanded into a multi-platform media company spanning comedy, hip-hop and social justice-related programming, and has inked deals with YouTube, Universal Music Group, HBO and others.
