The movie begins with a series of drug-dealing activities and the dire consequences of drug consumption. Thereafter, the viewers are introduced to two men called the ‘The Cook’ and ‘The Man’ who work under the owner of a huge drug cartel, ‘The Boss.’ Being the most trusted executives of the owner, they are dispatched to uncover the reasons why a cocaine shipment was botched. Meanwhile, a DEA agent, ‘Agent in Charge,’ takes measures to take down The Boss’ operations.
