Russ Cook runs with a group of supporters in Mateur, Tunisia, on Sunday as he made his way to Ras Angela, Tunisia Cook, who has spoken about how running helped him deal with his own mental health struggles, previously ran about 3,000 kilometres from Istanbul to Worthing in 68 days.
