A sailor from the Royal Canadian Navy has died after a rigid-hull inflatable boat capsized in the Bedford Basin near Halifax, Nova Scotia. Two sailors were aboard the boat when it overturned, prompting a rescue effort by the Joint Rescue and Coordination Centre Halifax.
