Rolling Loud will make its European debut with A$AP Rocky, Future, WizKhalifa & more
begins on Thursday at 8 a.m. GMT, with public on-sale kicking off on Friday at 8 a.m. GMT. "The Algarve is Portugal’s southernmost region, complete with soaring cliffs and golden sandy beaches. With 125 miles of coastline and 300 days of sun a year, it’s the perfect destination to soak up the rays," reads a description of the Rolling Loud location in Portugal.
"Portimão is the largest city in the western Algarve. The city is known for its old quarter busy marina and beautiful array of beaches. Praia da Rocha, around two miles south of Portimão, is the town’s main beach boasting stunning red-rock cliffs and glistening water. Portimão has a distinctively Portuguese ambience with plenty for you to do during your stay. From beach relaxation and enjoying the local seafood selection to exploring historical sites.
In a statement, Rolling Loud co-founders Tariq Cherif and Matt Zingler described the inspiration for their European expansion. "After 5 years of building our audience in the US brick-by-brick, it was time to bring the party to our friends in Europe," they said. "The location on the beach in Portugal is the perfect spot to kick off our European invasion.”
