When asked about the existence of the supposed sex tape, Lindsie replied, "What I can say, and then I'm gonna let [my attorney, Musa Ghanayem] speak, I have never consented to a tape." Ghanayem said the issue was "still under investigation under the U.S. Attorney's office," adding that the police report "speaks for itself."
In July, Lindsie filed a police report in Georgia claiming her father and brother were attempting to extort her with a sex tape -- one she believed Chase had purchased. Lindsie alleged they threatened to release the video if she didn't lie about an "incident."
