A post on Flatley’s Facebook page announced the diagnosis and said that, “he has undergone surgery and is in the care of an excellent team of doctors.”
Irish American dancer Michael Flatley, known for his works "Riverdance" and "Lord of the Dance," is joined by fellow dancers in "Celtic Tiger" at Madison Square Garden in New York in 2005. Flatley recently announced that he as been diagnosed with cancer.
