The average price for a home in Richmond Hill was $1.45 million in March 2023, according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. That’s up 4.3 per cent or $60,158 from February 2023 but down 8.6 per cent or $136,498 compared to March 2022.

Detached houses averaged $1.98 million, up 4.4 per cent or $82,855 month-over-month but down 3.3 per cent or $68,473 year-over-year. There were 98 detached house sales and after an average of 16 days on the market and 181 active listings at the end of the month. Attached houses averaged $1.28 million, down 1.7 per cent or $21,963 month-over-month and down 5.9 per cent or $79,757 year-over-year. There were 30 attached house sales after an average of 13 days on the market and 43 active listings at the end of the month.
