Jag Johal’s plan to build a home where he could live with his extended family on their Richmond farm has been put on hold indefinitely thanks to new provincial regulations.Johal, whose family owns Johal Berry Farms, applied last spring to build a 10,500-square-foot house on his parents’ eight-acre blueberry farm.
