An insider at Richard Childress Racing confirms that the 12-time NASCAR championship owner remains “furious” that two-time ’22 winner Tyler Reddick has chosen to leave his team for 23XI Racing after the 2023 season.
The insider recently nodded his head knowingly when asked if it was clearly obvious that Childress didn’t want Reddick around next year.Understandably, the team employee wants to remain anonymous. But he also acknowledged that Childress knows that almost everyone in the sport knows he wants Reddick gone sooner rather than later.
Austin Hill, one of RCR’s Xfinity Series driver, is most often mentioned as Reddick’s replacement … whenever that happens.
