I got the nude or the lighter of the colors and it blends in with my skin very well. If I were to wear a low cut or small top and it “showed” it would look like my skin. I did not get the lifting ones. Shape is amazing and covers me! It comes with a nice travel box as well. Do not throw out the covers and plastic pieces. When you store them after washing it helps to keep them sticky and the plastic pieces help to shape them back.
