The promotion follows the announcement that Bob Howard would be stepping down to assume the role of chairman of the company.
The management transition will be completed by the end of the year.

Resource Royalty, LLC was founded in 2011. The company offers private placements in the independent broker industry. Resource Royalty has raised over $129 million building portfolios comprised of producing oil and gas minerals.
