The Sky Tower going up at 1 Yonge St. (\u0022Pinnacle One\u0022) has proposed a height increase that would put the building at 105 storeys.

“For example, there are more than 900 units in Sky Tower compared to less than 500 in The One, yet they are comparable in total height.” As for “exposure to the elements,” Velasco said that winds at high elevations can make outdoor spaces, like balconies, uncomfortable and likely unusable for six months, given Toronto’s weather.
