Dalvin Cook, who rushed for 1,135 yards and 13 touchdowns as a member of the Vikings last year, reportedly will not participate in any team-related activities until he receives a “reasonable” deal.

Minnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook will not participate in any team-related activities until he receives a “reasonable” deal, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

“He’s out,” a source told ESPN. “Without a reasonable extension, he will not be showing up for camp or beyond.”Cook is reportedly looking for a significant raise on the $1.3 million he is making in the final year of his rookie contract for the 2020 season. In 14 games last season, the 24-year-old rushed for 1,135 yards and 13 touchdowns while adding another 53 receptions for 519 yards.

Schefter adds that the Vikings and Cook have not spoken since last week and have no further contract negotiations scheduled. Bell, notably, refused to sign the franchise tag with the Pittsburgh Steelers and ultimately sat out the entire 2018 NFL season before joining the New York Jets in the off-season on a four-year, $52.5 million contract.
