The Pittsburgh Steelers could begin to seek change if things don't turn around.

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers could begin the process of change if the team's offense doesn't begin to improve. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, if struggles continue for Matt Canada's group, the offensive coordinator's seat will begin to heat up entering the bye week.

While the Steelers have held a public vote of support for Canada, Rapoport says things within the organization have a different feel. "Steelers offensive coordinator Matt Canada and Saints offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael have received the support of their head coaches publicly. But if production doesn’t ramp up, their respective seats will be hot, based on conversations with sources close to the situation,"Both head coach Mike Tomlin and numerous players have stood their ground to support Canada. Running back Najee Harris even went as far as to say the players are the reasons for the struggles.

The team held a meeting this week to regroup and try to find a spark as they approach the bye week. But if it doesn't hold the same effect as their meeting last season that turned a 2-6 start into a 7-2 run, Canada could be on his way out.
