Court heard that Hanson, 24, had been dating a 17-year-old girl. Her father contacted police after dropping Hanson off at a group home where he lived, Crown prosecutor Linh Lê said.Article content Legal Aid lawyer Shane Kozakavich said Hanson’s mother gave the court reports showing her son functions at an intellectual level “well below the norm” and has been diagnosed with autism, ADHD, ODD and a learning disability.
