The daughter of U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., was arrested Thursday in connection with protests at Columbia University, law enforcement sources told Fox News. Isra Hirsi was in the custody of the New York Police Department and put into flex cuffs or zip ties and will face trespassing charges, according to sources. Earlier in the day, Hirsi said she was suspended from Barnard College, located near Columbia, for 'standing in solidarity with Palestinians facing a genocide.
