Science North has announced the opening of registration for its popular Summer Science Camps in Sault Ste. Marie and surrounding areas. The camps, which cater to children aged 4 to 11, will be held in Elliot Lake, Blind River, Desbarats, Wawa, and other communities across northern Ontario . Since 1987, Science North has provided enriching science camp experiences to over 30,000 children throughout Ontario .
The camps aim to ignite a passion for science through hands-on activities, interactive workshops, and exciting adventures. Summer Science Camps in Sault Ste. Marie will run for nine weeks, from July 2nd to August 29th. Age groups vary depending on the specific community. Science North encourages families to explore the diverse range of camp options available, from nature-themed explorations to animal encounters and technology-focused programs.
