A Regina man accused of killing two people in separate drive-by shootings has pleaded not guilty during the first day of his trial.
Dillon Ricky Whitehawk, 27, is facing two first-degree murder charges in the killings of Jordan Denton in November 2019 and Keenan Toto in December 2019.The prosecution is expected to call 31 witnesses, four of whom will have their identity protected under a publication ban. During the first day of Whitehawk’s trial, a 14-person jury will be selected, but it will be reduced to 12 by deliberation day.
