Red Lobster has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, citing higher labor costs, rising rents, and its “Ultimate Endless Shrimp” deal. The company states in ait faced"a difficult macroeconomic environment , a bloated and underperforming restaurant footprint, failed or ill-advised strategic initiatives, and increased competition within the restaurant industry."A story that we're watching this morning, Red Lobster filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy , citing higher labor costs, rising rents.
