Police in Bay Roberts are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 18-year-old.McKeen is described as 5 foot 4 inches and weighs 100 pounds with black hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black Nike sneakers and glasses.
Police are concerned his safety. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Owen Lamarre McKeen is asked to contact Bay Roberts RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
