On Feb. 20, around 12:25 a.m., police received multiple 911 calls from residents in the area of Irwin Road, near Jordie Lunn Bike Park, saying they heard two or three “loud bangs” nearby, Mounties said in an initial, since-reissued news release. RCMP’s police dog section also attended, locating bullet casings at a nearby construction site, but no suspect.
