CEBL star Justin Wright-Foreman, who led the league in scoring this season, hasn't ruled out the possibility of a return to Saskatchewan.
“Oooooh,” he replied with a pause. “I love Sask. Let me just say that. If the opportunity presents itself, if there’s an opportunity for the league to actually continue to grow and stuff like that, I would definitely be thinking about it, just because of the way people here treated me, the way the league is.
He considers the overall experience in Saskatchewan to be “life-changing” for somebody from Queens, N.Y., he said.Article content “I felt like we grew. Everybody says the word ‘family,’ but do you really know what that means? Every day at practice, we’d squabble over something and then, a couple of minutes later, we’d be sitting here and laughing and joking about. We took a lot of time to really build this chemistry and I’ll never forget this.
Team captain Malike Benlevi, who helped bring Wright-Foreman to Saskatoon, has already indicated his desire to return to the Rattlers next season and a wish to have JWF join him.
