A source with the Raptors said that getting the offensively-oriented, 27-year-old Ingram is part of the team’s ongoing rebuilding process as he’s younger than the 28-year-old Brown and 33-year-old Olynyk. A team official said Ingram will be evaluated by Raptors medical staff on the road as Toronto has stops in Oklahoma City on Friday and Houston on Sunday.
The Raptors acquired Mitchell in an off-season trade with Sacramento.
