Michael Stennett was once accused in three separate criminal investigations. Now, the 65-year-old Cleveland resident faces no criminal charges.

Stennett was previously charged with stalking Cleveland EMS worker Lachelle Jordan.CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cuyahoga County prosecutors on Thursday dismissed rape and abduction charges against the man once accused of stalking Cleveland EMS technician Lachelle Jordan, whose five-day disappearance in May remains under investigation.
Thursday’s dismissal in the rape case, which dated back to May 2022, came after prosecutors on Monday filed court paperwork saying they no longer planned to pursue charges of violating a protection order that Jordan had obtained against Stennett.saying there was “inconsistent evidence.” As the dragnet continued, police later arrested Stennett on stalking charges that accused him of harassing Jordan earlier this year.
No one has been charged in connection with Jordan’s disappearance, and officials have given no updates on the investigation.
