Prince George Queer Café hosted the return of the annual Pride Picnic

Rainbow Park was filled with rainbow flags Sunday afternoon as Prince George celebrated the return of the annual Pride Picnic.

Despite a little bit of rain, the community enjoyed food from vendors like Col Juicery, Baller Food, and Sissy’s Sizzling Grill while enjoying tunes from local musicians Brock Patch and Britt AM. Queer Café hosted its first Pride picnic back in 2019, but the event like other Pride events over the last two years, was put on hold due to COVID-19.
