The announcement comes less than a week after news of the royal's positive diagnosis.

Buckingham Palace announced today that the royal will host a literacy reception at Clarence House on this upcoming Thursday, February 23. The event was previously scheduled for this week, but was postponed after she received her diagnosis.

Though the announcement does not directly comment on Camilla's health status, the queen consort has assumedly recovered from the illness. The palace confirmed last Monday that the queen's positive diagnosis last Monday, as well as the cancellation of all her public engagements for the week. "After suffering the symptoms of a cold, Her Majesty The Queen Consort has tested positive for the Covid virus," read the palace's statement. "With regret, she has therefore cancelled all her public engagements for this week and sends her sincere apologies to those who had been due to attend them."
