Some business owners in the greater Montreal area have spent the weekend getting ready to open their doors as the province prepares to further relax measures aimed at curbing the spread of COVID-19.On Monday, the city becomes the final region in the province to be allowed to reopen retail stores, as long as they have a door to the outside.
