HALIFAX — The Halifax Mooseheads scored four unanswered goals in the third period to erase a 4-0 deficit and defeated the Acadie-Bathurst Titan 5-4 in a shootout on Wednesday night in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.

Jake Furlong, Mathieu Cataford and Jack Martin also scored. Goaltender Mathis Rousseau made 24 saves. Cataford scored the shootout winner.All four goals came in the first two periods before Halifax mounted its third-period comeback.WILDCATS 6 FOREURS 2Preston Lounsbury, Alex Mercier, Sebastian Glas and Natan Grenier also scored for Moncton. Wildcats goaltender Keegan Warren stopped 34 shots.

Nathan Lévesque had the other goal for Gatineau. Olympiques goaltender Zach Pelletier stopped 25 shots. Samuel Vachon, Colby Train, Marek Beaudoin and Émile Duquet also scored for Chicoutimi. Saguenéens goaltender Mathys Fernandez made 23 saves.
