At a cost of $13 billion over five years, in 2023-24 the plan will provide dental coverage to uninsured Canadians who have an annual family income of less than $90,000 and single people with incomes under $70,000. “ will tell you how important care is to our overall health. But we all know that seeing the dentist can be expensive, especially if you don't have insurance,” Hutchings said.
