A Good Samaritan delivered the German shepherd pups to the B.C. SPCA where it was discovered Tia had an injured leg and other issues

German shepherd puppy Tia had an injured leg and other health issues when she was delivered to the B.C. SPCA by a Good Samaritan.“Tia has an injured front leg and an infection related to the injury, as well as gastrointestinal issues including diarrhea,” said B.C. SPCA Richmond manager Krista Shaw.
