The agency paid a total of $319,167 on March 12 to host delegates at an Ottawa convention, a day after the World Health Organization declared the pandemic

“The meeting in question was the biannual Canadian Immunization Conference,” said Natalie Mohamed, spokesman for the agency. “A deposit was to be paid by March 31.
